Bundanoon Garden Ramble 22./23. October 2016

Now in its 20th Year the Bundanoon Garden Ramble on October 22nd and 23rd once again promises to be an enjoyable event attracting visitors from all parts of the state and beyond. Open from 9.30 to 4.30 pm eight private gardens will showcase their diversity of plantings, ranging from  large and small, cottage, acreage and park gardens providing inspiration to all who visit.

Not only are the gardens superb but the garden owners themselves are very interesting people so it will be a pleasure to engage them in conversation about their many interests which encompass travelling, painting and running and participating in voluntary organisations.

As well as visits to the beautiful gardens there will be a Garden Market in the Bundanoon Hall where plants and gifts can be purchased. A working display of old farm equipment can be viewed in the main street and the Bundanoon History Group will mount an exhibition in the Old Goods Shed beside the railway line.

Scarecrows will be displayed around the village and this competition will be judged by the Bundanoon Lions Club on Sunday.
Visit the gardens and other activities by bicycle; use the free shuttle bus or if you wish to avoid delays use your own transport.

Purchase tickets in the Soldiers’ Memorial Hall.
