For one weekend in autumn, over 70+ growers descend on the Hawkesbury Race Club, unloading the biggest range of plant material anywhere in Australia.

So many great plants never make it into garden centers. They might be hard to propagate, or slow to grow, or otherwise unsuited to large-scale commercial horticulture or they may simply have fallen out of favor. For whatever reason, they are rare and unusual in the commercial world, and it is these treasures that are celebrated at the Collectors’ Plant Fair.

See plants, meet the growers, sip good coffee and get out, connect with your love of plants. Don’t miss out. Take a treasure home.
