A: We provide both, with the option to engage us for design only. Most clients choose our integrated service, which keeps everything continuous from concept through to construction and maintenance.

A: The on-site consultation runs around 40 to 60 minutes and is $300, payable on the day. If you decide to proceed, we then prepare a tailored design proposal.

Bring the features you would love, a pool, an outdoor room, generous planting, along with any inspiration you have gathered. A: Every project is unique, so the cost of a landscape design depends on the size, complexity and scope of the project. After an initial consultation, we'll provide a tailored fee proposal outlining exactly what is included. Our design process is flexible, allowing us to tailor the scope to suit your project and budget.

Q: When do we receive the cost estimate?
A: We provide a fully itemised construction estimate alongside your detailed design drawings. Preparing the numbers once the design is resolved means the estimate reflects exactly what will be built, rather than an approximation from a concept.

Q: Do you provide 3D renders?
A: Yes. 3D renders are an optional part of the design stage, helping you see and feel the finished garden or pool before construction begins.

Q: Do you handle council approvals?
A: Yes. We prepare and lodge the approvals your project needs, including DA and CDC submissions, and coordinate with councils and consultants to keep everything compliant.

A: It depends on the scope. A concept plan may take a few weeks, while full design, approvals and construction can run over several months. We set out a clear program at the start so you always know what comes next.

A: Yes. We hold a pool builder licence, so we design and construct custom pools and spas as an integrated part of your landscape, not a separate trade.

A: The core of every build is our in-house team of landscapers, builders, carpenters and horticulturists. We bring in trusted specialist trades, electricians, plumbers and arborists, where a project calls for them.

A: Both. Most clients prefer a regular program tailored to their garden, but we also take on seasonal tidy-ups and pre-sale clearances.

Q: Do you maintain gardens you did not design or build?
A: Yes. We care for established gardens as well as our own builds. We start with a visit to understand the planting and set up the right program.

Q: Do you look after irrigation and garden systems too?
A: We keep planting, lawns and hedges in top condition and include irrigation checks and repairs, coordinating specialist trades where a job calls for them.
